KPBN builds a progressive work culture by strengthening digital culture.. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) once again held a Culture Booster activity as part of efforts to strengthen the implementation of the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture across all employee levels. This activity took place on Friday (21/11) from 08:30 – 09:00 WIB, at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for Jakarta participants, and was also attended online via Zoom Meeting by PT KPBN employees.

The activity carried the theme “Digital Culture”, featuring Rindayu, Head of Industrial Relations & HR Development Sub-Division from the HR and General Affairs Department, as the speaker.

During the presentation session, Rindayu emphasized the importance of work culture transformation that is adaptive to technological developments. According to her, digitalization is not just about using modern tools, but also a change in mindset to work more efficiently, collaboratively, and innovatively.

“Digital culture is key to accelerating business and achieving the company’s future vision. We all must be ready to adapt and continue learning,” said Rindayu.

Through this activity, KPBN hopes that all employees can internalize progressive and sustainable cultural values, in line with the spirit of ONE PTPN in facing increasingly competitive industry challenges.

IPOC 2025: KPBN in the Outlook of Global Palm Oil Prices and Policies . PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the series of events of the Indonesian Palm Oil Conference and 2026 Price Outlook (IPOC 2025) held at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC), The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. On this second day, the conference focused on in-depth analysis of price projections, global policies, and palm oil industry strategies in the face of global economic uncertainty.

Carrying the major theme `Navigating Complexity, Driving Growth: Governance, Biofuel Policy and Global Trade`, the second day's discussion featured various speakers from government, global market analysts, international research institutions, to upstream-downstream industry players.

KPBN representatives, Andrial Saputra (Head of Exchange & Business Development) and Ardita Sukma Perdana (Sub-Head of Exchange & Business Development), also attended key sessions to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the direction of the palm oil market and policies worldwide.

KPBN's participation is an important moment to map out trading strategies and strengthen the company's readiness to respond to CPO market dynamics in the coming year. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) attended the Indonesian Palm Oil Conference and 2026 Price Outlook (IPOC 2025) at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC), The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, which took place November 12-14, 2025. KPBN's presence was represented by Andrial Saputra, Head of Exchange & Business Development, and Ardita Sukma Perdana, Head of Exchange & Business Development Subdivision.

Carrying the theme `Navigating Complexity, Driving Growth: Governance, Biofuel Policy and Global Trade`, IPOC 2025 opened a series of discussions regarding the dynamics and direction of palm oil industry policy amidst global challenges. In the opening session, speakers highlighted developments in international trade, sustainability issues, and biofuel policies that affect world CPO prices and demand.

PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is again holding a Culture Booster activity as part of its efforts to strengthen the implementation of the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture across all employee lines. This activity took place in the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for participants in Jakarta, and was also attended online via Zoom Meeting by employees from various regions.

The event, which started at 08.30 – 09.00 WIB, featured a Sharing Session with the theme Digital Culture, presented by:

Eko Yanuarto – Head of Tender Sub-Division A

In this session, the speakers discussed the importance of digital culture in supporting work acceleration, transparency, and organizational adaptation to the increasingly dynamic business environment. Employees were also invited to understand how the implementation of digital culture can encourage more effective productivity and collaboration in the workplace.

The event, held on Friday morning (11/7), took place at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for Jakarta participants, and was also attended online via Zoom Meeting.

Participants were invited to understand the company's cultural values ??that are the foundation for working in the KPBN environment. Tangerang, October 16, 2025 – Entering the second day of the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2025 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) continues to demonstrate its active role in strengthening trade networks and promoting the potential of Indonesia's superior commodities in the global market.
