Tangerang, October 16, 2025 – Entering the second day of the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2025 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) continues to demonstrate its active role in strengthening trade networks and promoting the potential of Indonesia's superior commodities in the global market.

KPBN's participation in this annual event held by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia is a real manifestation of the company's support for the government's efforts to increase national exports and expand the market for Indonesian commodities at the international level.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is one of the companies organizing the 2025 National Internship Program, which is organized by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) of the Republic of Indonesia.

The opening of the 2025 National Internship Program Batch 1 within PT KPBN was held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 09.00 WIB, located at the PT KPBN head office, Jakarta.

The event was officially opened online by Kemnaker, followed by an internal session by PT KPBN, Acting Head of HR & General Affairs, Indra Herlangga, then there was also a session introducing the company's culture and organization by Rindayu, Head of the Industrial Relations & HR Development Sub-Division, as well as a presentation on the company's business processes by Andrial Saputra, Head of the Exchange & Business Development Division.

Through this activity, it is hoped that all internship participants can understand the values, work culture, and business processes within PT KPBN, and be able to contribute positively during their internship period.

KPBN Expands Coffee Market Access Through Inaugural Commodity Auction Market Tender . Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) officially held the Inaugural Tender of the Commodity Auction Market (PLK) for Coffee at the Nusantara Market of PT KPBN, Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Menteng, Jakarta, on Tuesday (10/14).

This event was attended by the Board of Management of PT KPBN along with all Heads of Departments, marking the company's initial step in expanding the commodity trading ecosystem through a transparent and competitive market mechanism.

The event opened with a speech from Muhammad Zulham Rambe, SEVP of Operations at PT KPBN, who expressed his hope that this inaugural tender would be an important momentum for the development of KPBN's business in the coffee commodity sector.

`Hopefully, the opening of this inaugural coffee tender will be a good start for KPBN to expand the market, strengthen the commodity trade network, and generate more optimal revenue for the company,` Zulham said in his speech.

The next speech was delivered by Andrial Saputra, Head of the Exchange and Business Development Division of PT KPBN, who emphasized the company's commitment to continue developing the commodity auction market.

`We hope that this inaugural tender will be a starting point for developing the market and expanding the reach of buyers, while strengthening KPBN's role in supporting national commodity trade,` said Andrial.

As a symbolic launch, a tumpeng cutting ceremony was carried out by Andrial Saputra, which was then handed over to Muhammad Zulham Rambe. This procession symbolizes prayer and a new spirit for KPBN in expanding its business and strengthening the company's contribution to the Indonesian commodity sector.

After the symbolic procession, the activity continued with a live coffee auction, featuring the process of price input, price idea determination, and the announcement of the tender winner.

In this inaugural tender, 1 lot or 5 tons of coffee commodities were successfully sold at a price of Rp 68,000 per kilogram, generating a transaction value of Rp 340 million. This achievement is a positive first step for PT KPBN in developing a more open and efficient commodity auction market mechanism.

Through the implementation of this Inaugural Coffee Commodity Auction Market Tender, PT KPBN demonstrates a continuous commitment to bringing innovation to the commodity trading system, expanding the buyer network, and creating added value for all stakeholders.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is again holding the Culture Booster program as a platform to strengthen the implementation of corporate culture. This event took place on Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for Jakarta participants, and via Zoom Meeting for participants outside Jakarta.

This routine activity raises the theme of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) which is relevant to the direction of the company's sustainable business transformation.
