. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is once again presenting the Culture Booster program as a platform to strengthen the implementation of company values. This event will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, in a hybrid format, attended by all employees both in Jakarta and outside Jakarta.

Arief Seno Prabowo (Head of Palm Oil & Logistics Purchasing Division) and Tengku Faris Azmi (Head of Palm Oil Purchasing Sub-Division) were the speakers for the sharing session. Both shared best practices in managing the purchase and distribution of strategic commodities, as well as field experience relevant to KPBN's role.

In addition, the PTPN Carbon Hub was also discussed, a strategic initiative of the PTPN Group in supporting sustainability through carbon emission management. This discussion was an important moment to reaffirm the company's commitment to supporting the green economy and creating sustainable added value in the plantation sector.

This activity is mandatory for all employees as a form of joint commitment to supporting major transformations in the PTPN Group, as well as strengthening KPBN's role as an adaptive and sustainability-oriented company.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) once again demonstrated its commitment to building a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture through the Culture Booster activity held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

On this occasion, Andri Dwinanda as the Head of Palm Oil and Various Plants Sales became a speaker with the topic of Operational Excellence, discussing back-to-back and open position strategies with marketed products in the form of Palm Oil & Tea Product Diversification.

This activity not only presented new insights but also strengthened the spirit of togetherness in the work environment in accordance with the values of AKHLAK and the spirit of ONE PTPN Culture ONE Culture.

PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Culture Booster event on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The event took place offline in the Learning Corner Room of PT KPBN and online via a virtual meeting platform, allowing all KPBN personnel in various locations to participate.

The event featured Bhagas Indrianto Prabowo, Head of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) of PT KPBN, as the keynote speaker. In his presentation, Bhagas emphasized the importance of implementing a work culture that is integrated, professional, and aligned with the company's core values.

The Culture Booster event is one of the routine agendas organized by PT KPBN to strengthen the understanding and internalization of work culture within the company. Culture Booster on Friday morning (September 12th) at the Learning Corner in a hybrid format, presented a discussion themed Operational Excellence. 
. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held a Culture Booster on Friday morning (12/9) in the Learning Corner in a hybrid format, presenting a discussion on the theme of Operational Excellence, one of the 7 Pillars of Culture of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN).

The activity was officially opened by the Acting Head of HR & General Affairs, Indra Herlangga, who conveyed the importance of understanding company culture as the foundation for superior performance. In his speech, Indra emphasized that the application of KPBN's cultural values is not only the responsibility of management, but of all employees.

The main material was presented by the Head of the Exchange and Business Development Division, Andrial Saputra, who explored the concept of Operational Excellence. In his presentation, Andrial explained that operational excellence is the key to ensuring that all work processes run effectively, efficiently, and consistently deliver the best service to business partners.
