Synergy between KPBN and the Education Sector, ITSI Students Conduct an Industrial Field Trip. Belawan – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) demonstrated its commitment to supporting human resource development in the agribusiness sector by backing the first wave of a field trip for students of the Agribusiness Study Program at the Indonesian Oil Palm Technology Institute (ITSI). The activity took place at PT KPBN Belawan Storage Tanks on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

This field trip was attended by 50 fifth-semester students from the 2025/2026 academic year and lasted from 09:00 AM Western Indonesian Time until completion. This program is part of practice-based learning aimed at strengthening students' understanding of the business processes and operational aspects of industries supporting agribusiness, particularly in the logistics and commodity management sectors.

Through this activity, PT KPBN actively plays a role in fostering synergy between the academic world and industry. Students had the opportunity to directly observe the company's operational processes, the management of storage tank facilities, and the flow of activities related to the commodity supply chain, from reception to distribution.

PT KPBN views educational activities like this field trip as a strategic and positive step in supporting the creation of competent, adaptive human resources ready to face the challenges of the working world. The field experience gained is expected to be valuable for students in enhancing their practical insights and applied understanding in the field of agribusiness.

This field trip is Wave I and will be followed by Wave II according to the predetermined schedule. PT KPBN hopes that collaboration with educational institutions like ITSI can continue as part of the company's contribution to supporting the sustainable development of the agribusiness sector.

PT KPBN strengthens Risk Finance through Culture Booster activities.. Jakarta — PT KPBN once again held a Culture Booster activity as a routine agenda for strengthening company culture, which took place on Friday, December 12, 2025, in the Learning Corner room, Common Room Area, and via Zoom Meeting for participants outside Jakarta.

This activity was attended by all employees and featured three speakers from the Finance & Accounting Department: Ade Mayasari (Head of Finance & Accounting Department), Dyah Kusumanita (Head of Tax, Cash & Insurance Sub-department), and Noviasari (Head of Accounting Reporting Sub-department).

With the theme Risk Culture, this session invited all employees to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of building risk awareness in daily work activities. The speakers explained how the implementation of a risk-aware culture can improve the quality of decision-making, reduce the potential for work process failures, and support the creation of more accountable and sustainable company operations.

The event was interactive, including a question and answer session and discussions of real case examples within KPBN's scope of work. In addition, participants also had the opportunity to win attractive prizes as part of an effort to increase enthusiasm and participation.

Through this Culture Booster activity, PT KPBN reaffirmed its commitment to continuously strengthen the 7 Pillars of Company Culture and encourage the creation of an adaptive, collaborative, and progressive work environment.

PT KPBN Cares: Distributes Essential Supplies for Flood Victims in Medan and Belawan. Medan – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) once again demonstrated its commitment to fulfilling its social role through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program by distributing aid to communities affected by flood disasters in the Belawan, Medan area. The aid was handed over directly to residents in the operational area of the Storage Tank Office, Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 9 Lk. XX Belawan Bahagia, Medan – North Sumatra.

In this distribution activity, PT KPBN provided basic necessity packages containing staple foods, including: rice, instant noodles, eggs, cooking oil, sugar, and milk. This aid is hoped to help alleviate the burden on communities facing difficult situations due to the floods.

At a separate location, the Director of PT KPBN, M. Iswan Achir, stated that the assistance is a form of the company's care and empathy towards the surrounding community. `We hope this aid can provide real benefits and help meet the basic needs of flood victims. May our presence be a source of strength for the community to quickly rise and recover from this condition,` said Iswan Achir.

This CSR activity serves as a concrete manifestation of PT KPBN's social responsibility in making a positive contribution to the environment and society, especially during emergencies such as natural disasters.

IKBI PT KPBN Celebrates Mother's Day with. Jakarta - IKBI PT KPBN successfully held a Flower Arranging Workshop for the female employees of PT KPBN Jakarta Head Office on December 4, 2025. The event, held in the 4th Floor Hall of PT KPBN, was warm, interactive, and full of enthusiasm, while also being part of the series of Mother's Day celebrations with the theme “Arranging Love for Mother”.

The workshop was directly guided by a Facilitator, presenting material from the basics of flower arranging, introduction to flower types, arrangement techniques, to tips for making arrangements look harmonious and long-lasting. Participants also had the opportunity to create Mother's Day-themed flower arrangements, making the atmosphere even more meaningful and full of creativity.

As a form of appreciation, the three best flower arrangements received awards presented directly by the Head of IKBI PT KPBN, Nana Iswan, and the Deputy Head of IKBI, Puntasari Zulham Rambe. This award became a special moment that further strengthened the spirit of Mother's Day celebration in this activity.

In addition to enhancing creativity, this workshop also strengthened camaraderie between IKBI management and female employees. Participants shared inspirations, discussed, and documented their flower arrangement creations themed with love and affection for Mother.

IKBI PT KPBN hopes that positive and meaningful activities like this can continue to be carried out regularly as a form of support for the development of interests, creativity, and work-life balance of KPBN female employees.

Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) officially launched the Executive Summary Dashboard Application (DESY) on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at PT KPBN Headquarters in Jakarta. The launch event was also followed online via the Zoom platform by all work units.

The DESY launch event was attended by the Board of Management and Department Heads of PT KPBN, as a form of management's commitment to promoting digital transformation and strengthening data-driven corporate governance.

The Executive Summary Dashboard Application (DESY) is a managerial information system designed to present strategic company data in an integrated, concise, and real-time manner, thus serving as a primary tool for management decision-making.

On this occasion, management stated that the presence of DESY is expected to be a strategic means to strengthen transparency, accountability, and the effectiveness of corporate performance management, in line with PT KPBN's development direction towards becoming an adaptive and competitive organization.

CULTURE BOOSTER KPBN: ACCELERATING DIGITAL CULTURE IN THE WORKPLACE. In an effort to strengthen the implementation of a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture, KPBN held a Culture Booster activity for all employees. This event served as an important moment to revisit the 7 Pillars of Company Culture which form the foundation of values and work behavior within KPBN.

The activity was held on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for participants in Jakarta, while employees outside Jakarta could join the event via Zoom Meeting.

In addition to strengthening the company's cultural pillars, this activity also featured a Sharing Session on `Digital Culture` which was presented by I.K.C Hakim, Head of the Legal Subdivision. This session is expected to broaden insights into the importance of digital culture in facing the dynamics of the modern workplace.

Through this activity, KPBN encourages all employees to continuously adapt, innovate, and apply the company's cultural values in their daily activities. Together, we build a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture.
