Cooperation Agreement Signing Between PT Kualitas Tekhnologi Asia and PT KPBN. The signing was carried out by PT KPBN CEO, Edward S. Ginting accompanied by Heryanto Eko Purnomo, Finance & General Director of PT KPBN with PT Kualitas Tekhnologi Asia Director, Felix Tansulla accompanied by Mr. Nitin Gangla, Vice President, Asia Pacific and Japan at JDA Software Group Inc.
PT Kualitas Tekhnologi Asia, which has been established since 2012, has been experienced in providing software solutions, such as Enterprise Resources Planning (SAP), Business Intelligence (SAP & Microsoft), Supply Chain Optimization (JDA Software) and Education Solution (eKool).
KPBN, which will optimize the Supply Chain Management function this year, deems it necessary to implement the JDA software, which is quite significant. It is expected that this collaboration project can welcome KPBN's business and make it easier to manage the stock cycle chain of goods from suppliers, operational activities in the company, and continue to distribution to consumers.

2019 Premiere Tea Auction. PT KPBN is a State-Owned Plantation company that holds the first Auction activity in Indonesia. The event is attended by Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero), Management of PTPN IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX, XII, Asosiasi Teh Indonesia, Dewan Teh Indonesia, Chairman of Jakarta Tea Buyers Assodiation, and participants of the Tea Auction.The activity of Tea Auction will be held every Wednesday of the week, opened and inaugurated directly by President Director of PT KPBN, Edward S. Ginting.In his remark, Edo said that “Hopefully, in this year, the participants of the Auction will continue to increase, the previous hope for the quality, the delivery of goods, and Term of Payment can be improved”.The growth of Active Buyers in Jakarta Tea Auction in 2018 tends to be stagnant and less significant. It is expected that in 2019, through efforts to increase the auction in the form of E-Auction initiated by offgrade product (grade 3), can be increased for sale of the main grade tea.It is expected that in 2019, the marketing of tea commodity by PT KPBN projected to contribute to the national in the form of revenue projection of Rp 1.4 trillion (volume of around 63 thousand tons).

The Director of Finance, HR & Public Relations, previously held by Iman Bimantara based on Decision of Shareholders of PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara Number: 08/KPBN/PS/XII/2018, is now officially held by Heryanto Eko Purnomo – a Director of Finance and Public Relations since January 1, 2019Meanwhile, the Director of Operations previously held by Ery Erwin Efendi, is now officially held by Rahmat Akmal as Director of Sales and Operations since February 1, 2019, a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that operates in the plantation marketing sector in the archipelago.Held at the Hall on the 4th Floor of PT KPBN, the Farewell and Welcoming Ceremony was attended by the President Director, previous Board of Directors and the new Board of Directors, SP-BUN Management, IIKK Management, and employees of PT KPBN. Iman and Ery, as the previous Board of Directors, delivered remarks and farewell to all employees for any intentional and unintentional mistakes made, and expressed their deepest gratitude for the cooperation and support given by all management, male and female employees of PT KPBN during their terms.In addition, there were also remarks from the President Director and introduction of the new Board of Directors. Submission of Shareholders' Resolution on Dismissal and Appointment of Directors of PT KPBN. Based on the Decree No. 08/KPBN/PS/XII/2018, the Decision of the Shareholder is as follows:
1. Dismissing the names below as members of PT KPBN's Board of Directors with honor:
a. Sdr. Iman Bimantara Mu'min – As Director of Finance, HR, and General Affairs
b. Sdr. Ery Erwin Efendi – As Director of Operations
Who were appointed based on the Minutes of GMS PT KPBN regarding Dismissal and Appointment of PT KPBN's Board of Directors No. 05/KPBN/PS/XII/2015 dated 14 December 2015, effective from 1 January 2019, with gratitude for their contribution and thoughts during their tenure.
2. Appointing the names below as members of PT KPBN's Board of Directors:
a. Sdr. Heryanto Eko Purnomo – As Director of Finance and General Affairs
b. Sdr. Rahmat Akmal – As Director of Sales and Operations
3. The appointment of the Board of Directors as referred to in number 3, with the provision that Sdr.
