PT KPBN Organizes GO-DIGI Series 6 Webinar: Python Mastery. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) has organized the GO-DIGI Series 6 Webinar titled “Python Mastery: From Task Automation to Building Interactive Dashboards” on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, which was conducted online via Zoom Meeting.This activity is part of PT KPBN's commitment to supporting the strengthening of digital competencies and encouraging digital transformation in the workplace. This webinar aims to provide practical understanding of the use of the Python programming language in improving work efficiency, especially through task automation and interactive data visualization.GO-DIGI Series 6 Webinar presented Subardi Wansyah, Information Technology Assistant, as the speaker. In his presentation session, the speaker explained the implementation of Python in the workplace, ranging from data processing to the development of interactive dashboards that can support decision-making.This activity was moderated by Wirda Indayuli Nasution, Budget Management Assistant. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident from their active participation during the discussion and Q&A session, which further enriched their understanding of the material presented.In addition to the material presentation, the webinar also featured a fun quiz session that provided an interactive and engaging learning experience for the participants.Through the organization of this GO-DIGI Series 6, PT KPBN hopes to continue promoting the enhancement of human resource capabilities that are adaptive to technological developments and supporting the creation of an innovative and digitally-based work culture.

Legal Summit PTPN Group 2026 Day 2: Criminal Risk and State-Owned Enterprise Asset Protection. Jakarta — The PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026 entered its second day, focusing on challenges in state-owned enterprise (BUMN) asset management, criminal law transformation, and asset security and recovery strategies within the PTPN Group.Day 2 agenda commenced with a Keynote Speech titled `Challenges in State-Owned Enterprise Asset Management between Business Decisions and Criminal Risk,` delivered by Prof. Dr. R. Narendra Jatna, S.H., LL.M., as the Junior Attorney General for Civil and State Administrative Affairs (TUN).Subsequently, the activity continued with FGD Session 1, which addressed a similar topic and presented speakers: Robertus Bilitea, Managing Director Legal & Compliance BPI DanantaraAnas Puji Istanto, S.H., M.H., Assistant Deputy for Legislation at BP BUMN.Entering FGD Session 2, the discussion focused on the implications of the latest regulations related to the Criminal Code (KUHP). The material `Implications of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code on the Paradigm of Criminal Responsibility and Corporate Criminal Risk` was presented by Prof. Dr. Topo Santoso, S.H., M.H., Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Indonesia and a member of the New Criminal Code Drafting Team.The next session discussed the Implications of Law Number 20 of 2025 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) on a Modern, Humane, and Just Criminal Justice System, delivered by Dr. Febby Mutiara Nelson, S.H., M.H., Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia.The topic of Indonesian criminal law transformation was complemented by a presentation from Asep Ridwan, S.H., M.H., AIIArb., Partner at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, who discussed `The Impact of Indonesian Criminal Law Transformation on Corporate Criminal Responsibility and Risk, and its Mitigation.`As a conclusion to the series of discussions, FGD Session 3 raised the theme `Effective Strategies for Enhancing PTPN Group Asset Security and Recovery,` featuring speakers:Police Commissioner General Karyoto, S.I.K., M.H., Head of the National Police Security Maintenance Agency and Joko Subagyo, S.H., M.T., Director of Land Case Handling at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN)Through this series of discussions on the second day, PTPN Group hopes that its legal personnel will gain a more comprehensive understanding in managing legal risks, supporting business decision-making, and strengthening sustainable corporate asset protection.

PT KPBN Affirms Commitment to Strengthening Governance at PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026. Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026 held in Jakarta on Thursday - Friday / January 22 - 23, 2026. On this occasion, the presentation of the Subsidiary company was delivered directly by the Director of PT KPBN, Mr. M. Iswan Achir, focusing on the performance evaluation for 2025 and the work program and strategic targets for 2026.In his presentation, the Director of PT KPBN conveyed the progress in handling asset recovery and non-performing receivables (account receivable) originating from commodity trading activities since 2021. Until the end of 2025, PT KPBN continued to make various efforts to recover assets through regular collection, non-litigation cooperation with the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia (Jamdatun Kejaksaan Agung RI), as well as coordination with law enforcement officials and relevant ministries.In addition, PT KPBN also reported on the achievement of fixed asset recovery, particularly related to official residences in Medan, Belawan, and Dumai, including asset utilization optimization and the acceleration of asset certification and security processes. In 2025, the realization of asset recovery showed positive progress compared to the set targets.PT KPBN's participation in the PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026 demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting the strengthening of legal aspects, governance, and risk management within the PTPN Group.

This activity was held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Learning Corner Room of the Jakarta Head Office and was attended online by employees outside Jakarta via Zoom Meeting.This event carried the theme “Innovation Culture”, featuring Hanadi Eko Fitriadi, Head of the Information Technology (IT) Subdivision of PT KPBN, as a speaker in the sharing session.In his presentation, Hanadi Eko Fitriadi emphasized the importance of an innovation culture in facing dynamic business challenges, and encouraged employees to remain adaptive, collaborative, and open to utilizing technology in daily work processes.
