Day 2: 2026-2027 Collective Bargaining – Sustainable Collaboration for Industrial Relations Stability

Jakarta – The series of activities for the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) Negotiation of PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN), which took place over two days, from 13–14 April 2026, officially reached its final stage through the signing of the Meeting Minutes as a form of mutual agreement between management and the Plantation Workers Union (SPBUN) of PT KPBN.

This signing process symbolizes the strong commitment of both parties in building a harmonious, dynamic, and equitable industrial relationship. The entire series of negotiations conducted previously proceeded constructively, openly, and with a strong spirit of collaboration, prioritizing the principle of balance between company interests and worker welfare.

The agreement reached in this 2026–2027 PKB period is expected to be a strategic foundation in creating a conducive work environment, increasing productivity, and strengthening synergy between management and employees in supporting the company's sustainable performance.
